Seeing results......

I am in my third week of Tanktop Rotation and am starting to see and feel the results in my arms but that fat layer still is covering like a blanket. Can I incorporate an extra 30 minutes of cardio on the weight days to help me start to leanout? But i don't want to over do it since I am just starting out.....Thank you all so much for your advice.......
 
I would say you COULD, but I don't know if you will be able to maintain it. If you are just starting out you must be in good shape already to even be considering TTR!! I would add low impact cardio though and see how it goes..
