Here is what I am hoping for: I would like to have DVD's that section off parts of the lower body (I am a pear shape and need extra work there). For example, a workout for the hamstrings, or a workout for the abductors etc. (All would be best). Maybe a half an hour or so on each body part. Thank you for listening. I have to tell you, I am back to working out with weights thanks to you. I used to do this with the Firm mamy years ago but a physical therapist told me that he does not recommend anyone over 40 to use weights. Big mistake for me. I love your workouts because they encourage one to do their best and use as much weight as one can. I have not felt this good in years! Thanks.
