Second Hotel Update # 2!!! Please read trippers!

I just talked to Mike at The Ramada Plaza. He has it all set up for us to book at the Radisson right next door. Unfortunately, the lowest price he has been able to negotiate is $99.00/nite at this point and he said he is STILL trying to get it down to at least $89.00. If you are staying THREE nights, they WILL give you the $89.00 price/nite. As of now, ALL booking will take place at The Radisson because they now have a block of rooms just for us. Their number is:

Please indicate when you call that you are with the SNM-Cathe Roadtrip Group. He thinks that they offer a free breakfast also but if they don't, he said that ALL are Welcome for breakfast at the Ramada. He said he might be able to get a lower price at another hotel but that it wouldn't be walking distance from The Ramada Plaza. (We are trying very hard to keep us all together so we can hang out later in the evenings at the hotels without everyone having to drive. Okay, BOOK now! I hope this makes sense!

There are NO rooms left at The Ramada. (which you know!) We have reserved a block of rooms as we speak at the Radisson. I E-mailed my hubby the contract that we have to sign to get the block of rooms at his work and he is faxing it back to them right now. They ARE taking reservations at this point but please be sure to call the Radisson, NOT The Ramada. Whew, hope this all makes sense.

I can't go - have to cancel

HI Debbie and Kathy! Unfortunately I can NOT go We thought we were going to be able to use my husbands miles and we can't! United Airlines is being a PAIN and won't let us. Therefore, we just can't do it due to tight budgets, conflict w/other vacations etc. I am soooooooooo sad!!! I am really sorry if I caused any issues w/first planning on going and then now not Thanks anyway for all of your planning. I am so bummed I won't be able to meet all of you! I hpe there is another one next year and that I can plan further in advance!

Pam, I am sooo sorry. I can't even imagine your diappointment! Don't worry about causing us any problems. We do have a waiting list but sure wish you were coming. I did it! I booked at the Radisson Mt Laurel!! I don't know why that made me so excited, but it sure did! I guess that made it "real" for me!

I have 2 beds non-smoking if anyone needs a roomie. The only thing is that I won't get in until late Friday night (like midnight or 1am) so I might wake you up.
