Seasun Zeiger Workouts?

Seasun is one of my favorite instructors! If you like complex choreography with intensity...then you'll love Seasun:)

I've done Rock Steady Step. It is the most complex step choreography I've ever done and a lot of fun. Seasun is a great cuer. I am looking forward to getting her other tapes, The Next Step and her new one, Straight Up Step (which is supposed to be a little less complex). There is also a 14 min. ab routine at the end of RSS which is pretty good.

I got her first one and got rid of it. Her choreography is VERY complex, and her cuing is terrible. I was tempted to get her most recent one, but the first one was so frustratining that I didn't get it.

Her first tape was a learning process for her, the first one she has ever done. If you can overlook some cueing issues, etc, it is well worth having, imo.

I think all of her tapes are great, she is definitely the "heir apparent" to Christi Taylor, great new moves, complex yet fun and intense.

I would get them all and start with her newest, SUS. Once you get her style you will be just fine!

I just did her Bosu Blast that is on the new CIA Double Cardio. She does have complex choreography. I only tried this once. It is definetly a keeper, but I had a hard time keeper up with her being on the same leg etc. I am choreograpghy challenged. I love Cathe's athletic moves. But I should hopefully "get it" in the next few tries. It's a fun workout and has a long core and ab work on the end, but I was surprised how little a stretch was at the end.
