Scuplt Sweatfest

Any opinions on this workout? I am tempted to get it, just wanted to get some reviews / opinions on it first...

It is split into 2 sections about 30 minutes a piece. You can do one or the other or both at the same time. I did the first one once so far and really enjoyed it. I haven't had a chance to put it in a rotation though. I don't think this one is one of Tracey's more popular work outs though so I could be one of only a few who give a good review. I am not a fan of Tracey's cardio though and lots of folks around here are. I personally like her weight work outs though. :)
 
I also liked Sculpt Sweatfest. It is a good functional fitness workout. Tracey incorporates a lot of balance work in this which really makes you turn on your core. I don't use it as much as I'd like to since I prefer heavy lifting workouts but I really enjoyed it and wish I would do it more often. Section one can be done without any equipment and section two uses a Bosu, Stability Ball, free weights and a medicine ball.

I like this for a lighter day or core workout. It's fun and the time goes by quickly. It's a great core/balance workout.
 
I wanted so much to like this workout. Do not waste your money. Its far far too easy, the bosu section is ? IMO a nothing. And as for the sweatfest!!....... there certainly isn't any sweating happening!
