Scrambled Eggs?

Ok...quick question that may be stupid, but since I don't have any videos....YET!!!....with a scrambled eggs premix, can someone tell me that this is?

THe scrambled eggs premix is a different version of the workout of BodyMax2, from Cathe's latest series. Same video but edited to become a different workout. Premixes, chapters, mix-n-match, workout blenders are on Cathe's videos which are done by multi-layering the disc which allows you to pick and choose the length and type of workout you can do off of one DVD. So, if you choose to buy BodyMax2 or BM2, it appears that you're buying one workout but actually you're getting numerous workout applications from one DVD.

JT is correct about premixes in general - it's basically a different way of doing a workout using the same moves.

Body Max 2's normal lay out is like this:

The time breakdown for the Body Max 2 is as follows:

warm up - 9 1/2 min.

Step Combp #1 - 10 min.
Step Combo #2 - 6 1/2 min.
Step Combo #3 - 8 min.

Power Circuit Segments:

Circuit#1
Cardio Step - 2 min.
Cardio Blast -2 min.
Lower Body - 2 min.

Circuit#2
Cardio Step - 2 min.
Cardio Blast -2 1/2 min
Lower Body - 2 min

Circuit#3
Cardio Step - 2 min.
Cardio Blast -2 min.
Lower Body - 2 min.

Circuit#4
Cardio Step - 2 min.
Cardio Blast -1 1/2 min
Lower Body - 5 min

Upper Body Weights:

Back - 4 min.
Chest - 4 min.
Shoulders - 4 min.
Biceps - 4 min.
Triceps - 4 1/2 min.

Abs - 9 min.
Stretch - 6 min.


Scrambled Eggs take out the Upper Body work and adds a bonus cardio that is the 3 combos put together. It's 80 minutes long and it's TOUGH! And I think it's even tougher if you FF through the actual weight work and just do the cardio.

Power circuit #2 (step, blast, squats)
Step combo #3
Power circuit #3 (step, blast, plie squats)
Bonus cardio
Repeat bonus cardio

Thanks for the clarification on this premix! I wasn't able to find the breakdown of what this workout entailed. I appreciate the response and look forward to ordering BodyMax 2 today!!!
