Dear Cathe.

I wanted to ask whether my friend could work out with your PS series. She has Scoliosis and finds it upsetting when doing movement like lateral raises because of the marked "deformity", Her "higher" shoulder also aches just doing nothing and I feel that if she was to strengthen her shoulders and "pull" back the muscles on the weak side her scooliosis may improve. I have tried the internet for info but to date have found no info. Would appreciate your help.

Hi Lynne!

The best advice I can give you is to have your friend ask her doctor about what exact exercises he/she specifically recommends to help proportion and strengthen the body. Since there are different levels to Scoliosis(sp?), and I don't know what her circumstances are, I'm not qualified to give her the okay to do any specific exercises. Wish I could be more helpful, sorry
