Schlosberg Workout Log

I've been reading posts about the Schlosberg Workout Log and decided to do some research myself as I felt that a log would help me have a clearer focus. I found the 2005 publication of the Schlosberg Log on ebay. I purchased it for 10.53 plus shipping. I don't know if this is the one that people have been looking for, but I did take note that it has a different cover than the previous publication. I am so hoping that I find useful regardless of the page setup.

Hi! This is the third edition and is spiral bound. There are quite a few on ebay. The seller I purchased from has 49 of them. Good Luck!
