That makes us even stronger, really making that commitment to cleaning it up. I think Shannon mentioned she is going to as well. If I know you all are doing it, it makes it easier for me too!
I am NOT going to go nuts with it, just cut out the nonsense that has been trickling into my mouth lately...I have been almost nonchalant about it, goldfish crackers, wine (my downfall cause it makes me hungrier as Kristi can attest to), fat free ice cream, whipped cream on my coffee again, even though I kicked that habit awhile back. Nothing too bad, but you know what I mean. I am super duper good about getting in my veggies everyday because I adore them, and I am also good with the protein, its the carbs that get me every time. I am thinking about doing the cheat thing on Saturday night--wine night, and Sunday brunch--where I can indulge in my favorite foods--mainly bread and butter!
And I know in 3 weeks if I am good, my abs and arms look so much better! The kettlebells will help too, I am going to do them 4 times this week, with one light leg/butt workout, plus my cardio and see how it goes. I am sorta sick of the weights, so am excited about trying this routine!
Shelley, that leg workout on P90X? Cannot say enough good things about it, I was thinking of bringing it with me, but there isn't enough room on the boat, but I can do some of those exercises in the gym. Those sneaky lunges are killer!
OK, off to do some cardio...its a steady state kinda day I think, nothing to gut wrenching planned, Sundays are like that aren't they?
