I didn't have much time in the morning, so I only biked for 20 min -- with intervals -- and did BC and ME abs.
Boy, my legs and my butt is so sore from yesterday!
Unscheduled rest day, I took the boys to swimming lessons this morning then had a nice relaxing perm this afternoon. Don't I look just gorgeous now?!? Come on say it you know I do,LOL!!!:7 :7 Since Sunday is my normal day off I probably won't get any exercise til Monday now. Oh well that is the way the ball bounces sometimes.
Well today I did Body Max - yes its the 1 1/2 hour workout - WOW! I really like this workout but it only fits into my weekend schedule since thats when I have more time to workout.
As for the diet - TERRIBLE yesterday - my husband and I went to a town festival and I ate a blooming onion, 2 egg rolls, and 2 mini tacos at 9pm!:9 - and I had already ate dinner (at 6pm). This definitely necessitated the long workout this morning and again tomorrow. Oh well, sometimes you just have to live it up}(
Hi everyone....I did PS shoulders, triceps and biceps, 30 min of KPC and AbRipperX! Now I think some idiot is setting fires....x( ..
Josie..not sure about Malibu as my running buddies are not sure if they will go.....so I might wait til Jan 1st and run the run here. Tough course but at least I don't have to drive far!!
