Hi Mari....today I feel like a total body workout. So I am doing Push-Pull, and PUB abs. I have a 14 mile run planned tomorrow, so no HIIT for me today!! Enjoy your wonderful weather......Carole
Another day without a workout for me. I think that makes three in a row.
And before you ask, I am still recovering from a very severe whiplash after an accident 4 yrs ago. One of my main problems is chronic fatigue. I've come a long way already and I have periods up to five weeks that I am like everybody else. I call those my "highs". When I'm at a high, I tend to overdo things: work too hard, stay up too late, workout too intens, trying to make up for times when I can't. And then my body says, that's enough, and I hit what I call a "low" which can last for up to a week. And I get soooo tired I could sleep all day. And I vow to myself I will not overdo it ever again. But I just don't listen to myself or anyone else for that matter .

I'm not much for listening to anyone else myself Dutchie.... Nothing wrong with some low days...we all do it and you will be back strong again soon. Get some good rest......Carole
