Hi good morning everybody.Yuuuupi . I am better enough to come back to the cardio I used to do. I really love CK. Maybe I am the only here but I prefer CK than KPC.Understand me, KPC is awesome ( the music is fantastic) but is not easy to do all those movements as fast as Cathe. CK makes me feel powerfull and the last segment.

:9 :9 :9 .Delicious. When this segment starts I say to the TV (Cathe come on,come on, give me your energy as Cathe says in KPC) seems sick to talk to the TV in a foreginer language dosen't it? Today I am going to do the 90 minutes premix SB/SJP.I did not eat turkey but I will enjoy this workout. I hope everybody will have a great weekend.

Hi again, now is 12:37 PM in my country and my workout is done. I have done the 90 minutes premix SB/SJP and the abs of step heat and power hour (12 minutes) using my abs hits dvd. Later I will do 30 minutes in my static bike. Have fun and enjoy your workouts.

Good morning Mariángeles, CK is one of the Cathe workouts I don't have...:(...although I have tried Taebo and I do enjoy that...:)...glad to hear you are feeling better.

I ran again yesterday and my knee is definitely getting better!

Laurie...as for the difference between LL and PS legs. PS is slower so therefore I can use heavier weights. You get a break bewteen each set. I feel PS is more strength and LL moves faster and is more of an endurance workout to me.

Today is Taebo and some ab work.....have a great day ladies...:)...Carole
 
today is RS followed by 30 mins of Abs, and then later I go for a very cardiovascular yet relaxing 1.5 hour yoga class.

Tomorrow is MIS follwed by IMAX 2. This is my favorite day when I do both back-to-back. It makes me feel relaxed and well worked. I sleep very well on these nights.

Mariangeles - you sound all full of sunshine today. Glad you're feeling better!

I did CK yesterday. I like KPC a little better, I think, but I have a harder time with it than I do CK.

Today I did Supersets (for the first time - and I've had it for 2 months!) followed by intervals 6-10 of IMAX2. I was going to blow off the cardio, but then remembered the meals I had over the last 2 evenings....
 
Good morning!

This morning I completed my Body Blast week with a bit of a mish mosh. I did SJP warm up & step, SB combos 1 & 2, and SB Challenge, cool down and stretch (62mins). Then I did the Push Pull Upper Body x2 premix. This has been a terrifically fun week of workouts. The intensity is not as high as I typically do, but that's all right. I had a "blast", and now I'm feeling a bit refreshed and ready to tackle some "goodies" again }(

Sandy, I haven't decided on next week's rotation yet. I'll let you know tomorrow. I had originally planned to do all of Cathe's "stand alones" (classic cardios, HSTA, Pure Strength Series). I'm really jonesing for some Intensity Series workouts, so I might change things up a bit.

Mariángeles, I also really like the last segment of Cardio Kicks, especially that punching medley. By time we get there, I've got sweat flying around the room. The lower body work in CK is definitely "kinder" than that in KPC. I wonder what KickMax has in store for us? :)

Carole, that's great news on the knee! I agree with your assessment of LL and PS, too. I find that the floorwork she does with the 15lb body bar in PS really takes your legs from toasty to fried. I usually feel it for a few days after!

Suzanne, you have some stamina! Impressive!

Sandra, a Body Blast week is great. I can not wait to see what has kickmax in store for us too. I am sure it will be another intense and fun kickbox workout, and I really need those leg drills. I can not wait to see the details of kickmax.

Donna thank you.Good workout. Maybe soon I will try to do supersets.I have done it only one time ( I usually do ME when I am OK of course)but I think the weight exercises in the stability ball are great.

good morning all! i slept in today, so i am just now stirring around. today i am doing stepblast and lowerbody. then i will do the ab portions of allstep, bodyfusion and SJP. have a great weekend!

Hi all, I did 51 min. on the bike which is on a trainer. Just needed a change of pace. The Nov. rotation called for Rhythmic Step but after doing MIC's step on Thurs. and IMAX 1 yesterday I just didn't want to step again.:+ :( :)

Today for me was pure strength back, biceps and abs followed by 45 min pre-mix from SB.

Mariangeles - glad to hear you are back up to par, you sound especially chipper today.

Suzanne - MIS followed by IM2, Wow! Sounds awesome. I never thought to do a combo such as that, but I will give it a try after I am done with the November rotation. Two of my favorite workouts in one day!

Sandra- you pack some awesome stuff into a workout. You go girl!

Jes - I slept in too..I love to sleep in on Saturdays.

Annette - sounds like a nice change of pace.

I'm off to do some Xmas shopping...can't put it off any longer. Wish me luck!

Hi all!

Today was only SJP warm up, step and SB combo #2, I don't know why but i felt so weak today, ughhhx( ! Not happy at all but at least I did something. Hope tomorrow I'll feel a lot stronger.

Sandra...great job:7 !! Can't wait to see what you have planned for next week:)

Mariangeles....I'm so happy you are sounding like your old self again! Que bueno que te sientes mejor:D!! Although I don't like CK nearly as much as KPC, I really love that last segment!

THank you all for tomorrows workout encouragement. I like to really push myself so I can get rid of the last 10 pounds of fat that I want to shed. It seems to be working quite well. I do this after I saw Cathe mention how she got rid of her last 10 pounds by really pushing herself with the weights and cardio.
