That is my favorite terminator workout because it has segment of my loooved bootcamp and IMAX 2 two favorites.I would love a workout with intervals of IMAX 2 and weights of ME too because ME is my favorite cathe weight workout.Have a good weekend and enjoy your workouts. :)

Here is 10:58 AM in my country and I have finished yet the gaunlet.Maybe this afternoon I will do leg and glutes or pyramid lower body,(or both}( and 1 hour in my static bike.I love to have a long weekend to working out.Have fun.

Hi stayfit...you have been busy! I like the Gauntlet the best too lately. I am doing KPC and AbRipperX today.

Thanks Mari and Laurie for your thoughts and advice on my injury. I am sure IT band could be a possibilty and I won't even try a run til tomorrow. I do know the stretches and I don't feel it at all today. The last thing I need right now is another injury, so I'll be careful and no hills tomorrow!!

Mari...I am glad you can run a little...:)...I have never used bands for P90X. Do you like them more than wieghts or just for a change? I do like working my shoulders the best...

enjoy the workouts ladies....:)...Carole

Carole, using the bands were an amazing experience. Constant tension all the way. I think the trick is to pick the right band. Tony's combo for shoulders -- when you do a biceps curl a lateral raise and a military press is a definite killer that way. Also, the move that he calls some sort of swimmer press (?) is good. I truly think that buying them was a very good investment. I did the static curls yesterday w/ the blue band and it was very hard. The "band" feeling is different from the free weights. It is definitely not easy if you have a strong enough band.

Today I biked for 40 min then did my own ab marathon, feeling really good at the end.. :)

Evening, ladies,
Another Timesaver tonight...this time #3. Yep, I'm consistent, sometimes. This dvd is a great promo for the Body Blast series...I'm beginning to want this now!!!

I've noticed a different "feel" to using bands vs. weights. But I'm still not crazy about them, the bands. I don't really like them for shoulder work when the band is rubbing across the back of my shoulder during militaries or triceps extensions. They're cool for other moves like side-delt raises and biceps or kickbacks.

Everyone have a great weekend!
