Saturday 2/28 workouts

Good morning folks!

Serious time crunch for me this morning, so I only rowed 4000 m in about 21 min and just used my little wheel for 2-12 push-pull for abs. Gotta run now, enjoy the weekend!
 
Nothing at all wrong with a shortened workout! I am in a time crunch too, so I will do I think TS5 and maybe some shoulders and triceps...after church...:)...Carole
 
Did Chest off of Slow and Heavy, Shoulders off of All Step and Triceps off of PS series. Busy day here.

Taught back to back classes at the gym, BodyPump (barbells) and BodyFlow (yoga/pilated/tai chi) my muscles are singing to me now, feels good. We're off to shop a bit and take a walk in the woods on a beautiful sunny winter day.
I'll be steppin' with Cathe tomorrow a.m. or maybe a run if it stays nice.
