I find that IMAX Extreme requires patience, more than energy, LOL! I agree that the CW segments give you a longer recovery period, but because the whole thing is 1 hr and 20 minutes, I find I need to remind myself to just be patient and I'll eventually get to the end of the darn thing! This may be my Monday workout this week.

No more weird than, say, a long, flowy white thing perhaps paired with a veil and a long train. IMO, weddings are the event where you throw practicality out the window and wear something that shows off all your hard work. Look as gorgeous as you can, but maybe bring a light jacket for the travel to and fro.
