Hi Mary! Losing the saddle bags is better than the 5 pound gone, isn't it? If you can get both...even better!

I am very happy to hear you are having success! I have been thinking about you a lot and hoping you were doing well. Sounds like you are doing VERY VERY well! I am so happy for you! I really appreciate you sharing your excellent achievements!

You should be very proud of yourself, you did all the hard work!! Great Job!!! Keep up the hard work and you'll be checking under the bed for that pooch! Start saving now for new clothes!!

Hugs right back at you!!:* :* :*

No link. I have just been talking to some of the ladies through e-mail about some ideas on burning off body fat and working towards preserving/building lean muscle mass. No fads, no starving, no "nothing but liquid for 21 days" crap.

I am trying to help some women to make life long changes, no quick fixes here!!! Don't get me wrong...I have them working their ass off, but the payoff is...they literally worked their ass off! Ask Mary where hers went...I'm sure her answer would be "don't know..all that matters is it is gone"!;-)

I only make suggestions to what I BELIEVE (I stress...this is my opinion) will help lose body fat and build muscle mass. I preach what I practice. Everyone is different....

Doing all of the above but just though there was a leg workout that you found was doing a better job than most on that area. Thanks Sarah!

No, No, No! Not a magic workout. However, I do stress that daily workouts are critical (with some rest in there).

I have just been trying to help a few of the women eat better, cater to their activity level, age, and body...that's all.

Sorry! No secret leg presses here! I WISH!!

This is the best eating plan I've ever done. This is not a "diet", it is a change in the way you eat FOR LIFE. It works. I can't believe the results I am getting and I am eating so much food!! Who would have thought that to lose the body fat, you had to eat. Mind you though, it is clean eating but you get to eat A LOT of food!!

Thanks Sarah for sharing your common sense approach to eating healthy. I always thought I had to eat less and exercise more, but no, you have to fuel your body for those intense workouts, if you don't you are just sabbotaging your efforts.

Congratulations on your success!! Any meal ideas to share? I've tried Sarah's idea of PB mixed with plain yogurt & a little splenda - it's great.:9

I don't log in here often, so I pm'd you. Hope you don't mind.

I'm thinking for me Sarah's plan of never eating a carb without a protien is my biggest help yet .I've been pounding the egg whites ! And I dropped the Wheat Thins . LOL Oh also no sweets !!!Only clean eating !!

Me too, me too!!! I have been doing Sarah's plan for the past 3 weeks and have lost 3 pounds and 2% of body fat!!! My clothes are all getting too big for me now. It's just the best feeling! Sarah your advice has helped me SO much! I can't thank you enough. You're like my own little personal trainer.

Wow, that is really simple good eating plan. I am going to following it. "Never eat carb that does not come with protein"

Thanks, Sarah and everybody.

For the record, the "plan" is way more than just "no carbs without protein". However, that rule is a huge one, especially in this house! You can eat "just a protein" but never "just a carb". If a carb goes down the hatch it is chased with a protein.

Anyway, I didn't want this to be interpreted as "you can eat all you want as long as you eat protein at the same time". Not the case, would be nice, though!

Its way more then just" no carb without a protien "! I just feel like for me its been the biggest help .Clean eating here .
