We had crabs for dinner last night. It was a friends 40th birthday party. I did have 2 light beers too. Well, anyway, I can't even get my rings on my fingers this am!!! Anyone have any ideas how to relieve this FAST!:-( :-(
Hi Susan! I had that same dinner a couple of days ago (mmmm, just love crabs) and had the bloat going on too. Yes, water, water, water, and clean low sodium food (no heavy breads, sauces, or processed foods or you will contribute to the bloat).
Thanks everyone! Drank TONS of water and it sure did help. Still working on the little extra though. Unfortunately, now it's PMS. Pamprin is sure sounding pretty good!
