Biceps/Triceps contains 7 1/2 minutes of tradition ab work (I just finished this one about an hour ago!) and Chest/Back contains planks but I dont have the exact time for that one.
Yes, on the DVD it is with the biceps and triceps. Some very interesting oblique work that I truly love. Also traditional crunches and reverse crunches.
The planks and core work are with the DVD chapter for chest and back. Also very good.
