I am curious - yesterday I did S&H Biceps, Triceps, Abs and today muscles in my upper back are really sore....I think I may have done one of the triceps exercises incorrectly. Maybe the two arm kickbacks exercise? I'm guessing that the weight I used was too heavy (8pds) and because of that it recruited my back muscles to actually complete all the sets.
Is this a bad thing? Obviously we want to isolate the triceps in this exercise, but is this a sign of too much weight, incorrect form (I work out in front of a mirror to ensure proper form) or something else? Thanks for any input or advice from anyone....thanks!
