S&H Rotation ?

Hi all,
I am doing a 3 week rotation of S&H. This my first time using S&H for more than one week and I am really enjoying it as well as getting great definition. I was going to do 3 weeks S&H take a few days off and then do 3 weeks of GS. But after doing 2 weeks of S&H I'm wondering, for definition, if I should do a week or 2 of circuits before I hit GS. (and then add circuits at the end of those 3 weeks). What do you think?

PS this will also be my first time using GS for 3 weeks in a row. So not sure of the results either.
 
When I've done this kind of rotation I've done back to back S&H and then GS. But last time I did a rotation of three weeks of S&H then one week of endurance, then three weeks of GS, then one week of circuits. I liked that variation and my body seemed to respond better.

Thanks Jo, it seems with so much muscle mass I'd like to lengthen my muscles a little. I'm going to try it your way and see how it goes.:)
