First of all, I would like to tell you Cathe that I LOVE all your weight videos! They are awesome!!!
I am not sure if this question has been asked before and I couldn't find it, but would it be okay to use the S&H series as a one part per day workout? Such as back one day, then chest the next day, then biceps and so on. Would you get the same benefits as when doing the tapes as they were meant to be used? I hope I am making sense!
Also, congratulations on your pregnancy!!!!=)

Hi Lissa! Sure you can divide this series into one body part per day and still get full benefits. Just be sure to include a warm up and cooldown to these single body part workouts. Have Fun!
