Anyone w/ the S&H and/or PUB/PLB DVDs . . . are there premixes that would allow for working one body part per day? I couldn't find premix info on the website. Thanks!
As I recall, the premixes are up only, down only, and total body. I don't think there are 1 body part per day premixes (but they would be easy to make up if you have a programmable DVD player..or even if you don't.)
