S&H or PS

I'm trying to decide which DVD to get. I have most, if not all of Cathe's other workouts. My favorite weight upper body workouts are PUB and the upper body split premix from ME. I use those two workouts the most.

So, which of these two should I get (get first) and why?

I'd go with Slow & Heavy. It's focused on strength and muscle building and it's one of the BEST in terms of instruction and form pointers! I love it!! It's also a little less dated than PS, not that that matters. I have both and love both, but if I had to choose between them, I'd definitely go with S&H.
 
I would probably also choose S&H. If you have the Gym Style series, PS is closer to those while S&H is very different. PS is a solid program, though, and you couldn't go wrong with it but it is probably more similar to what you already have.
 
Yes, I have the Gym Styles. I was also a little concerned about the dated look to PS but would have dealt with it.
 
I have both but use PS more. I just love those workouts and I don't mind the dated look at all. For some reason PS legs just fries my legs for the next two days. I think it is the floor work with the body bar--I know it is the floor work. You know that you will eventually end up with both. I also have GS. For some reason PS is just an all time favorite.
