I just finished my S&H 4 week rotation and decided to go back to the PS series. Whoo! Going at a much faster pace again, really seems strange.
I did my triceps, chest and shoulders tonite and have a question for you.
Which series would you go with to BUILD MASS, as I am trying so hard to do ESPECIALLY with the upper body?? Should I stick with the S&H or can the PS series build mass just as well?
Or is there an entirely different workout that works to build mass in the upper body that anyone has had excellent results with?
It is really such an odd feeling going back to faster reps. I was homesick for my one minute breaks between sets tonite.
