S&H or GS Upper Body Rotation

Don't know if this is right forum, but can't seem to get answer in Cathe forum.

As far as pairing upper body parts for two-day rotation:

S&H pairs
Chest,Back
Triceps,Biceps
Shoulders (Paired with Legs, to be added to one of above groups)

GS pairs
Back,Shoulder,Biceps
Chest,Triceps.

I have S&H and it's easy enough to split up being it's all on one DVD. Which grouping is more advantageous?
