one of the great things about the S&H workouts are that there is nothing fancy about the counts or reps. Everything that Cathe does at the heavy weight is 3 sets of 8 reps. She does have some pre-exhaust exercises for the legs and I believe that for the front and reverse lunges she does a total of 16 reps and for the side lunges she does 8 reps per side. Also she does 2 sets of 25 reps for the calf raises.
I think this is right, but if it isn't I hope someone corrects me .

How many sets of static lunges? 3 per side? Fit tv only shows 1 set on the left leg, but that can't be all.
