I have done Tris & Bis and just did Legs & Shoulders and really liked both work outs. I thought it was a little amusing that the Legs has the same music as the Tamille Web workout "I want that Body".

Since many people including Cathe have said to use the tapes for 3 weeks, is it suggested to use Pure Strength for a split routine and use Slow & Heavy when you have plateaued with PS?

I guess that would be correct Beth, as Cathe has said that S&H is good for getting maximum strength gains and breaking through weight plateus. You should be able to go back to PS stronger, lifting more. Have fun!!
