Hi Cathe....need your opinion again (doesnt everyone!) Regarding the slow and heavy series, is the strength benefit the same doing only one body part per day vs doing one entire tape a day?? I'm not sure if I can get enough cardio in during a week doing the whole tape on one day since I sometimes have limited workout time. I might be able to, hard to say. If you feel that the strength gains would be better doing the series as a set instead of one body part per day I'd be more inclined to do so!!
