I know which part you're talking about (I just did this yesterday!) - it's in the 3rd section near the end - it's sort of a repeater type thing - a knee, a kick, a hamstring or outside lift of some kind (?), then the straddle, then lift inside, turn and somehow you're back on the step facing forward ready for the drop squats and lunges. Now, I know those aren't the exact words for the cueing, but most people will recognize it now.
I get a little mixed up, too - so some one please help us on this one? I usually just quickly get back up on the step and turn around usually right in time for the squats/lunges, but it's not so pretty looking as Cathe and crew.
