Of course, I'm still in the tripping over my own two feet stage. But it's still awesome! Finally, got through to the end today. It's by far my favorite.
I just did Rhythmic Step, and it is a great workout. I did it mostly low impact on an 8 inch step. I vote for another RS Step style workout. I also tend to separate my cardio from my weights so I would like to see more all step and all kickboxing workouts.
