Ryka shoes

Hi Cathe. I was wondering if your ryka shoes are cross trainers? I have the new balance cross trainers that I use for step and kickboxing. I was wondering if I should get a lighter running shoe but I didn't think I would get enough support. I would love your advice

Not Cathe, but since this has been discussed at length in the past, I know that I can answer it. Cathe and crew wear the Ryka Enlight II's. I have yet to be able to find them online/in stores, but every once in a while you are able to get them from the company directly if you call them.
