I run 20 - 30 miles a week in the morning. In the evening I use the hardcore extreme dvds for weight training, alternating lower body and upper body every day. Sometimes on the day after a really good leg workout my legs are VERY sore. Most of the time I run any way. But would it be better to take an easy day and do rythmic step or something easier, or should I just do upper body and take a day off.
