OK all you runners/Cathe addicts: a question. It seems that the more weight trainingI am doing with Cathe - which I love - the more fatigued my legs are. To the point where I need to cut my runs short. I used to be a distance runner (40 miles per week) but now keep it to 3 times a week 4-5 miles per run. Disappointing that the running has become such an effort since I do love it. Any thoughts on what the out of breath, tiredness, achy legs is all about? Have tried lightening up on the leg weights,but so far not so good. Suggestions? Many thanks. BTW did Muscle Endurance this a.m. Love that workout.
