running skirts?

I LOVE my Atalanta skort! It's so incredible comfortable (much more so than the other skorts I've tried) and it's got pockets for my energy gels on either side of the hip, so for my marathon, it was my lifesaver. I was able to pack all of my Hammer Gels and still have enough room on my fuel belt for other fuel.

I'm bummed I can't really wear it over the winter (they do have ones with capris underneath, but I get very cold, so I need/want tights). I may just have to wear them over my CW-X tights just so I have to energy gel pockets handy, especially for the long runs.

Anyway, can't recommend them enough .

Jennifer, . . that skirt looks really great. When you put thing in the pocket though does it weigh it down? Have you tried their Grace top, . .that looks really cute too. Thanks.

As long as you stick to fairly light things like energy gels, putting stuff in the pockets won't weight you down. I had 4 energy gels (2 in each pocket) during my marathon, and forgot they were there!

I haven't tried their tops, but the Grace one does look nice and I'm tempted to order it
