I'm not sure how you go about starting a "check-in" but I noticed several people here are interested in incorporating running into their routines, or already do. With spring coming soon (hopefully!) I was wondering if there was anyone else who may start running, or get back into running? If so, would you guys want to start a "check-in" ? I'm not even sure what this means
but we could sort of "check-in" with each other each week, post questions, concerns, frustrations, how you rotate running with cathe tapes, nutrition issues, injury questions etc etc etc. ?
