Thanks Dani for your reply. I will not cut out carbs either. I am basically eating healthy, lots of fruits and veg, whole grains, lean proteins. All the birthday parties, get together's, pizza ordering gets me in trouble.

I am doing pretty good lately though (like today).

I think this Hal Higdon schedule will really keep me in great shape. If I can get the eating in check I would feel fabulous.
I ran this morning with my new MP3 player. It was awesome. It's beautiful here in Florida. Gorgeous weather for running. Soon it wil be hotter than you know what, but I will enjoy it while it lasts.

I am going to Washington DC the last week of April. I get home on Thursday night, then running a 5K on Saturday morning. I am using my hotels gym to run on the treadmill so I will be prepared, plus I will be doing tons of walking and sightseeing. I would love to run outside in DC, but I have never been there, and don't have a clue where to run.
