Runners-foot problem advice?

Hey all you runners,

I have a sore left foot. It's sore on the left side just down from my pinky toe. When I rub it or press on it it hurts quite a bit. The pain stretches from just below my pinky toe to right before my heel. It's not bruised or anything either. Any ideas? Do I need different shoes?

Marcia, have you had your foot analyzed at a specialty running shop to make sure you're wearing the right shoe?

You should get new ones about every 6 months or every 500 miles of running. Whichever comes first.
 
Could just be a tweak from worn out shoes...:)...I think some new ones would help ALOT...http://smilies.sofrayt.com/sae/jogging.gif[/img]....Carole
