Good morning runners
Laura...yes running is my main cardio. I do lift weights everyday I am doing a modified P90X rotation right now. I think doing your upper body heavy twice a week is good. Stick to that for 6 weeks and then change things up. It just takes some time but persistence will get you there!!
Thanks Mattea...it really felt good to get in that mileage. I think with the tempo HR thing, it just takes time. I have a hilly running area too and sometimes it can be tough to keep my HR up as I go downhill...
...I did Bryan's sweat Power Yoga on thurs....I think it made me sore! }(
No run today. I am trying TLT's Better Burn Better Buns for the first time. Should be fun...
