RT Workouts

What kinds of workouts does Cathe do for the RT? Can we do all the workouts that she offers?

Also, has anyone received an email from the coordinators? Thanks.
 
Hi!! In the past Cathe has done kickbox, step, bootcamp. In 2005 or 2007 (can't remember the year) we did a high step. All the classes she offers are very doable and lots of fun. There are all different fitness levels.. Hopes this helps!!! Haven't heard from coordinators yet but no worries we will have all the info we need in plenty of time...they ROCK!!!

Energy food for RT!!?

Ok, so I did Imax 2 this morning and am picturing myself at this year's RT, I'm wondering what the best way to keep stamina up so I don't die after multiple workouts on Saturday :).

Does the gym provide lots of bottled water and sweat towels?? Oh yea, I'm packing lots of sweat headbands too! I'm just a little crazy, don't ya think??
 
Cathe gives lots of of water breaks during the RT workouts...don't worry about it, you will be fine!
 
Don't worry -- Cathe gives a lot of breaks during her workouts and there is bottled water that the gym provides. I'm not sure on towels (I've always brought my own!). I can't remember if they charged for towels or not (I think they might -- but I'm sure one of the RT coordinators will let you know!) Also, you can rent a locker to keep your things safe, but the last two years, they've always had our stuff placed in a secure room located in the gym (guarded by one of the employees at all times), so you can leave your stuff in that room without having to purchase a secure locker.
