Good morning ladies! I cannot believe that this is the last week of June!!! Where did this month go? The Road Trip seems closer than ever now. I have really felt like a total slob this last week. I took a break from exercise because of that problem with my side and I swear I feel like I have gained 10 lbs. Good news is that my side feels a lot better and I was able to do about 30 push-ups last night with no pain. I didn't push it though because I definitely want to get back in the groove this week and not get hurt again. Hope everyone had a great weekend! I'll be back to check up with everyone later.

Oh yeah, I plan to do a cardio coach tonight and Muscle Max. :)

Today is a rest day for me.

So, who is ready for the pre-sale? I know I am:D In fact I followed a link that was posted at the Ya's, and just cklicked away thinkin I was ordering something. When actually if I had 'read'the big black letters at the top-"Please don't use this page to order. It is under construction and all orders will be voided as much of the info on this page is incorrect and only used for testing. Instructions will be given on Monday on how to order."
Oh well, I'll just order again later;)

Liann- glad your side is better, have fun with cardio coach and MM tonight.

Just finished BM! Cant decide with one is harder the 1st or 2nd one. Maybe the 2nd one just a tad bit:) Anyone heard of the new FDA approved weight loss pill, alli? IT is always sold out where ever I go. Does that mean it works.? I wont try it I know that!

Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend. I had a nice relaxing weekend although it was too short. I did PLB Saturday, GS C&T yesterday, and went for a one hour walk this morning with my neighbor. It seems like our walks are getting longer and longer the more we get to know each other because we're so busy chatting and we lose track of time. It's a great way to exercise painlessly!

I'm anxiously anticipating the presale announcment. I keep checking my email to see if there are any announcments. :)

Liann - I am glad you are feeling better. Way to go on 30 pushups. You are so right about the time flying by. It will be here before you know it.

Michelle - Enjoy your rest day! I didn't see that warning on the link either. I had to really look for it but I didn't order from it yet.

Gin - great workout girl! Running and PLB? You go. :)

Randi - I read a little about the alli and just don't think it's worth risking the side effects. Yucki.

Liann--way to go on push-ups. With all the work I've done on push-ups, I actually have VISIBLE pec muscles for the first time in my life!! I bet you're noticing definement there, too, since you're doing even more than me!!! :)

We leave for our pre-furlough conference in 2 weeks. I'm so ready. I have a lot to do in the meantime, but it's do-able. I don't want to kill myself, but I want to eat healthy and exercise consistently up to time to do. With all the packing, it would be easy to let that slide.

I'm already sad thinking about at least 2 weeks of limited internet access. I'll be losing touch with the forums just as everyone is gearing up for the RT!! :)

Liann I can't believe you did 30 push ups hurt. I can't do 1/2 that amount at my best!! Anyway I had a great healthy weekend I went to sculpt and step Saturday morning and then road my bike with my husband Saturday afternoon. I am planning on riding in the MS 150 and I am dreading it but I have to practice. My husband and I also went running on Sunday which was very hot but still fun.

Today I did Yoga and then I plan to do Bootcamp at 4:00pm.

Nutritionals

B: egg whites, lite bacon, nectarine
S Sunflower seeds
L tiplia, baked fries, grilled veggies
S: homemade tortilla chips/homemade hummus
D: salad with red and yellow peppers (first crop from my garden)

Thanks for inspiring me today...off to practice push ups

hey all!

Popping in for a minute as my parents are here visiting. I snuck in for my little cathe fix!

Randi: The Alli is chock full of side effects from what I heard. My mom was on the same stuff when it was prescription ( which I understand was a little stronger, but still...) and wow! The gas and bloating, never mind her having to , ahem, move her bowels every couple of hours was horrible. We were in Vegas together and she was a pain in the neck because every five minutes she was either gassy or had to go to the bathroom! ( yea, and kinda smelly!) Anyway, they are saying that if you have any fat in your diet these side effects are pretty likely to occur... HMMM... too good to be true??

Laura: Ugh! No internet. I just went through that for almost a week. I was having withdrawals... we won't forget ya, don't worry! LOL

Okay, so this morning I primp my DH, get a little cute and cuddly and saddle up next to him ready to come in for the kill... I approach him and tell him about the big PRESALE!! He asks me to wait till the end of the week!!! The nerve! Like we need to pay the phone bill or something. I mean, really! Anyway, I am going to try and be patient. But to me the end of the week is Thursday since they won't be charging the card till 24-48 hours after you order!So, Thursday it is! No nookie tonight though, I can tell you that! ;-)

Robin: I did the last presale, but just before it ended and wasn't really around the forums much back then. I can't believe people would complain about the fact that it took a while. I mean, she was injured for goodness sakes! Sheesh!

Liann: nice job on those push ups!! 30, huh?? Tough girl! LOL!

Tess: hey girlfriend! How's everything?? I am so jealous! I wish I lived in your area so I could be part of the Yahoo group! I'm just a darned New Yorker! Oh well...

To everyone else, my dad is sittting here looking at me like I have rejected him so I will BBL!

Instead for the 45 min. run,I did LIC Cardio Blast Timesaver 48/2 min. The premix is so much fun!

Hello.

Vicki...I am with you!! I am dying to order the presale, but I have to wait until Monday (payday) to order. I am SO mad about this. Really it is my own fault. We spent too much traveling on vacation, but still I WANT TO ORDER TODAY!!!x( I just keep thinking back to the last presale (my first one) when I ordered later than most people, and it didn't seem to take very long to get the workouts. I will be so happy on Monday!!!
I worked all day today and didn't get home until 730 tonight. I opted for pasta leftovers and wine instead of a workout:-( I fully plan to make up for it tomorrow since I have the morning off.
