Hi, girls. In a hurry. No workout today, but lots of cleaning. Eating not so clean, but not disastrous. Planning on doing HSC or GS Legs tomorrow. Can't decide.

Also just a quick check in for me. I taught cardio/sculpt this morning, then went on a hike with one of my sons. I have to teach again tonight. Right now I a smell funky and need a shower, so off I go! :+

Oh, Belinda: I wrote you an entire email yesterday to answer your question, but it came back that the address was incorrect. So, I saved it and would rather just re-send it than re-write the whole thing, so if you want to send me an email with your address that would be great!
 
Today I did yoga in the am and then have (don't laugh) a pole dancing class tonight. My friend gave it to me as a gag gift but I am going anyway to try it out. I will let you know how it goes. I also plan to do a 1/2 of bike and 1/2 of some other machine today.

I started the Cardio Blast rotation today! I did Step, Jump and Pump! I will do Yoga later!

Hello everyone.

Today was a rest day for me. I really didn't need it b/c my eating has been SO HORRIBLE!!!! I have got to get it under control!!!! Yesterday I tried Kimberly Spreen's Absolute Kickboxing. It was a lot of fun and the music was great. I still missed Cathe though!! I plan on doing a lot of cardio tomorrow, and maybe some legs if I have time. I am ready for things to slow down!!
I sound like everyone was busy today also. I hope you all had great workouts.
