That is more than I have ever done.
When I do splits, I hit each body part good and hard just once a week, by going as heavy as I can. So if I did your workouts for Mon, Tue, Wed, I wouldnt weight train for the rest of the week.
I have done split routines that may look something like this:
M: PUB+ short cardio
T: PLB
W: Long Cardio
Th: An upper body premix from one of Cathe's series
F: Gym Style Legs or some other Leg workout from Cathe
Sometimes I have hit lower body twice in a week. My routine would have looked like yours, except I would have left out the Friday workout. My upper body is weaker than my lower body and takes more time to recover. On Friday, I would feel too pooped to do another upper body by week two into the rotation!
But considering you are taking two days off to recover, if your body feels good to go on day 5, I agree that this is a very good rotation. It would give me GREAT results if I could stick with it.
