I just completed STS 1 through 6. I am on my third week and as I looked in my calendar there were rotations placed in the dates I scheduled STS 7-9. Does that mean I need to do both workouts, STS plus the rotation placed in the same date? Shoudn't I just do the STS suggested for each week. The rotation adds more workout and I don't have two hours a day to workout. What are the benefits with those rotations? I guess I am confused about what workout to do.
