Yes, I do. Sometimes I don't see a difference till week 3. Also, I've noticed for me- the more cardio in the rotation, the longer it takes for me to see results. (Just for the record- I'm at a good weight for me, so I just like to maintain or lose inches- those are the results I look for)

Good question- I don't know if I lose muscle with too much cardio- I just know I don't seem to lose inches, and my clothes don't fit any differently. When I do more weights and less cardio, I feel "fitter" and leaner- and I know I've lost inches this summer concentrating on heavy weights and less cardio. (and by less cardio I do about 2 1/2 hours of cardio)

PS- actually when I did CTX I actually gained inches in my hips!! I think I'm the only one because everyone else seems to love CTX.
