rotations

Hi, everyone--

Is there anywhere on this website that you can find different rotations to try? I'm only able to look at the Forums once in a while, and I always see people mentioning different rotations (I just read a post in which someone mentioned the "Tank Top Rotation"). I always feel like I'm working out with no real plan, just sort of doing whatever I feel like, which is good, but I sometimes think I'd have better results if I had a more regimented format to follow.

Thanks for your help!

You know I got kind of bored near the end of it too and went to S&H for three weeks until I could stand that no longer. So now I'm doing a combination TTR that you might like to try.

M - PS CST BBA I go as heavy as I can on one set (somewhat pyramiding)
T - Leaner Legs
W - CTX Upper body
T - Cardio Kicks or RS
F - S&H Tri's and Bi's (I go as heavy as possible on the 2nd set so that I can only complete 6 reps or so)
S - S&H Leg's and Shoulder's (Same pyramid as above).

I REALLY love this rotation, it's a combination of Heavy work with one day of light/high rep work. I'm seeing more definition than the TTR, although it's very similar. I'm gonna throw PH in there somewhere every so often just for fun, I love that workout!
