You gals seem to be so knowledgeable. I have been using Cathe videos for a few months and could use some pointers. Looks like this site is going to help me out! I have always struggled keeping at my goal weight and it only got worse after the birth of my son. I went to a trainer and found out I wasn't eating enough!!! He said I could have continued on my workout program for 3 years and I would have NEVER lost weight! (so depressing
) Anyway, I have changed my diet, increased my calories and started working out with Cathe and friends and have lost about 17 lbs!!!! I eat more than I ever did before. Now I need some help with rotations I think....
I see some of the strings talk about rotations... Does anyone have any pointers on this or know where I can get info.? I always struggle with what muscles I should be working what days. It would be great to give myself a little structure.
