Rotations???

Hi there. I am brand new to this site and so0000 excited I found it:) You gals seem to be so knowledgeable. I have been using Cathe videos for a few months and could use some pointers. Looks like this site is going to help me out! I have always struggled keeping at my goal weight and it only got worse after the birth of my son. I went to a trainer and found out I wasn't eating enough!!! He said I could have continued on my workout program for 3 years and I would have NEVER lost weight! (so depressing:( ) Anyway, I have changed my diet, increased my calories and started working out with Cathe and friends and have lost about 17 lbs!!!! I eat more than I ever did before. Now I need some help with rotations I think....

I see some of the strings talk about rotations... Does anyone have any pointers on this or know where I can get info.? I always struggle with what muscles I should be working what days. It would be great to give myself a little structure.

I appreciate any help you can give and really look forward to getting to know all of you:)

Hi Pam! To view a list of rotations already tried and tested go to www.fitnessvideofanatics.com keep checking on this site for it's new features(Liz is shooting for the 15th) It will be very helpful! Create your own calender and keep track of our progress! It's neat! Also, You can list all your videos here, let us know how many days you work out,how much time available, current fitness level, a little info about what you been doing, what specific goals you want to reach for a rotation!
