Rotations can last 4 weeks up to 3 months. Basically, you want to change your rotation when you see you are no longer getting results (shaking up your routine a bit will keep your body & muscles confused) or if you are getting bored. Variety is the Spice of Life! There really is no set amount of time. You choose! Have fun!
