rotations

Hi Cathe!
I am new to this forum but I have been using your tapes for years. They provide me with great guidance, inspiration and motivation (You're the best!!).
I am an advanced exercicer and I workout 6 days a week (weight training 2-3X and cardio 4-5X). My question pertains to rotations for weight training. I like to do different workouts every week (e.g. wk1: PS series, wk2: MIS and BodyMax, wk3: gym workouts, ...). I find that this helps me stay motivated and keeps me from "zoning out", but I wonder if I would get better results staying with the same workout for a longer period. Am I being counter-productive?
Thanks for your advice!

Interested in this also!

I don't go to a gym, but with the new 8-pak and everything else, if that's is or isn't a good idea I can know in advance!

Hi Yannik!

The only way to know this for sure is to actually try it. Rotations are there to assist in variety, promote muscle confusion, and help eliminate boredom. If you are happy with your current results and you are happy with your current workout approach, then you are fine sticking with it. But, if you are not happy with your results or just curious(as you are in this case)to see if another approach would work better, then you'll have to change your current approach and see what happens. Good Luck and happy experimenting(if you decide to).

Thank you!

I will definitely use the 8-pack as an opportunity to try a longer rotation. Thanks for your help!
