I have been doing Cathe for about 4 months or so, and have not found any better work outs, intense, her cueing is great the music is awesome and I love how you can program the dvd's to do certain work outs. I was wondering do any of you have a rotation for doing the cathe work outs, firm and taebo?. I think I might like to try one, I believe I found one on the fitness fanatics, I was just curious. I don't know whether to stick strictly with cathe for a while or get in a great rotation with all three instructors. Has anyone tried this, would love your suggetions. When I started doing Cathe I thought the firm was not good any more but I think they really complimant the cathe work outs and of coarse I love my taebo get ripped. Right now Cathe is my favorite, but want to keep things movivg in the right direcion, more inches lost . Would love to hear from all of you good or bad, just want dsome good advice.
