Rotation Suggestion

Hello,
I'm fairly new to Cathe's videos. I have been doing PH, Bodymax and MIS for about 5 weeks. I since have gotten AllStep, KPC, Pyramid Lower, SPJ, Legs and glutes,ME and Cardio and weights. I was going to see if any of you Cathe experts out there could help me with a rotation. I really do not need to lose weight. I just want to tone and firm my muscles. I would love to look like Cathe! I also run 3.5 miles three times a week. I'm not sure if I should do more of her cardio videos and less running.
